Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Seromolotov said that the United States is carrying out its own aggressive program in cyberspace, according to a report by the TASS news agency. The US has recruited hacker mercenaries to launch constant attacks on Russia's information infrastructure using artificial intelligence systems of allies and private companies under its control. At the same time, the U.S. uses spyware to hack into personal communication devices and computers to steal personal information worldwide.
