Darknet 50 Bitcoin auction for data from a Chinese energy group

It is reported that Rhysida claimed that they had stolen a large amount of data from a Chinese energy group and auctioned it at a price of 50 Bitcoins. The group plans to sell the stolen data to a single buyer and may release relevant data within 7 days of the announcement.

Judging from the screenshots released, the leaked data includes financial data, design drawings, employee information, etc.

The Rhysida ransomware group has been active since May 2023. According to the group's Tor leak website, they have attacked at least 62 companies across multiple industries, including education, healthcare, manufacturing, information technology, and government.
